Chandrasekhar Buddha

Founder & CEO

Chandrasekhar is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New World Software, responsible for overall global operations and profitability.

Experienced application software/services CEO with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Over 16 years of managerial and hands-on technical experience delivering software products and services to the marketplace.

Results-oriented visionary with unique background in software engineering and design. Expertise in Enterprise applications and infrastructure, Internet technologies, eCommerce, Mobile, media streaming, systems integration, and product design. Strong strategic and long-range planning abilities; skilled in setting product and technology strategies in B2C and B2B environments.

Ability to interface between technical teams and non-technical business-side stakeholders. Expertise in translating strategic business and IT objectives into concrete action plans showing results within months.

A serial entrepreneur, Chandra has started two other companies prior to New World Software. His first company was IT Workspace, USA a software services provider company. Following IT Workspace, Chandra founded TheIndiaMarket, daily essential E-commerce site that went bust.

Chandra Focuses on helping New World Software evolve as a lead player in the marketplace, and strives to enrich the technology and business practices with diversity of thought and strategy.

Naveen Kumar M

Founder & Chief Architect

Highly motivated Enterprise Architect specialized in technical consultancy experience, providing innovative IT solutions, managing large multi-national projects from proposal, design to hands on implementation. Naveen core areas are Sharepoint, C#, .Net, Ajax, SQL and webservices.

Responsible for system architecture, engineering and system administration for most of the New World Software projects including SOA, R&D, scalable web service architecture, coding, scalable database design and administration, technical documentation, and coordination with offshore development team.
